We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.

Parish Graphix ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered or picked up in store. Items must be in *original condition within 14 days to receive an exchange or store credit.

• Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being      smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
• Original tags (if applicable) must be attached      & intact.
• Final Sale items will not be accepted for return.      Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:
  • Intimates (i.e. Self Adhesive Bras), Face Masks, and Jewelry
  • Hats and Beanies
  • Any items marked 50% off or more at time of sale
  • Gift cards

PICK & PRESS ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE / 

DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please note, returns may take 2-5 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Parish Graphix does not provide shipping labels for returns. Original invoice must be in included in your return packages.

*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached.
